Great question! Peregrine Falcons are a helpful metaphor for how we operate, for five reasons.

1.They are also known as the ‘Pilgrim Falcon’, while the word ‘peregrinate’ relates to travelling – we are about helping business owners on a deeply important journey, that has values and purpose at its core.
2.In terms of mate and locality, they are loyal. They pair for life, and the majority of UK falcons stay within 100 km of their birthplace – some aeries have been in continuous use for hundreds of years, occupied by successive generations of falcons. Long term client success is at the heart of our model.
3. They are both black and white, and grey in colour; symbolising the ability to bring absolute clarity, while being comfortable with nuance and ambiguity.
4. They are extremely adaptable – they are found everywhere tropical forests to semi-desert and the high Arctic, and from mountains down to sea level, as well as in the bridges and skyscrapers of major cities. While our tried and tested approach is consistent through all engagements, we are able to flex to a wide range of client needs and company maturities.
5. They are able to use incredible vision to hunt from above, diving on a specific target at exceptional speed, making a disproportionate impact relative to their size; our way of working aims to mirror this, combining the ability to keep a grasp of the big picture with getting stuck in where it will make the biggest difference.
